EPA: No lead in small plane fuel

Small planes are #1 cause of airborne lead – totally fixable. The EPA must ban lead from small planes – just like in large planes, cars and paint. Lead is linked to brain and nervous system damage, lower test scores, even violence. 16 million Americans live and 3 million children go to school near leaded small plane airstrips. Friends of the Earth has a campaign.
